T153 - Midwife Terminology & Charting

Ten lessons. The title of this course really explains what it is about. We teach vocabulary and abbreviations as well as how we like our paper and electronic charts filled out. Practice using Electronic Health Record apps designed for midwives: Mobile Midwife EHR and Maternity Neighborhood!  Final exam includes in-person charting skills for paper and electronic charting.

This course is essential for birth assistants and aspiring midwives, especially those who will be working with our midwife preceptors.
